IT consultant embedded in agile teams, mainly building for the web with some mobile work on the side. Selected client engagements:

• Visma InExchange

  Built the integration between InExchange and Amili so invoices are transferred automatically between the two systems. Invoices go through a queue, so they are still handled when the receiving system is down. Also built an internal interface for following the queue, seeing errors, and re-running messages. Used feature flags to test new features with a pilot group before releasing them to everyone. Owned the architecture and implementation, and supported the Visma team through launch and maintenance.

• SSAB Wear IQ

  Owned new development of a web platform and mobile app that shows wear data in real time. Ran pilots with SSAB's customers, coordinated with sensor manufacturers, and designed a scalable backend.

• Mid Sweden University

  Led development of secure BankID login, which became the standard for all student registration at the university. Building it in-house turned out cheaper than buying the service from an external vendor. Wrote unit tests to keep the system dependable, and documentation that makes it easier to update when BankID changes its APIs. Reviewed the security together with the university's IT security team. Chose the stack around the university's needs.

  JavaScript, Laravel, Node.js, GitLab CI/CD

Owned both frontend and backend of Fasad, a real-estate management system, building new features and improving existing ones. Moved heavy jobs such as reports and bulk updates of property data into background processing, so users no longer had to wait. Reviewed code and wrote unit tests. Built with PHP, Symfony, Symfony Messenger, Doctrine ORM, MySQL, Vue, and RabbitMQ.

Built a mobile app for iOS and Android for RTI Group in a .NET team. We chose Xamarin so both platforms could share one codebase and the same language as the backend. I owned the app's design and development while the rest of the team worked on APIs, databases, and the web interface. The app talked to calibration instruments over Bluetooth and showed measurement data in real time. Built with C#, Xamarin, and Azure DevOps with CI/CD.

Built systems that pulled customer data from Google, Facebook, and Instagram to create ads tailored to the target audience, plus tools that generated ad images automatically from the customer's data so ads could be produced faster. Built with PHP, Laravel, Vue, MySQL, and Amazon S3.

Built APIs, designed database tables, and built interfaces on a five-person team. Working on both backend and frontend meant I could step in wherever I was needed, on web and mobile. Built with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, Vue, and React.

Built a new frontend for an existing internal web app that shows large amounts of operational data from Stratsys APIs, with a focus on performance and unit tests. Worked mostly independently, with regular feedback from senior developers. Built with Vue, JavaScript, and Mocha.

Built an app for guessing colleagues' names from their profiles in the organization's Microsoft AD. It works with any Microsoft organization, gets its data and handles sign-in through Microsoft, and was published on the App Store and Google Play. Built with C#, Xamarin Forms, and Microsoft Graph.

Worked on web development and a move from a monolith to microservices. Together with a senior developer, I planned the transition so every team could start on its part right after the summer break. Also rewrote web components for the new architecture.

Set up a React project on GitHub and built components for an analytics and statistics app for RunYouMeetings. Also built an API whose data models were generated from an existing database, which was faster than writing them by hand. Built with React, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.

Two-year vocational program: 1.5 years of theory and projects, then 0.5 years of work placement. Focused on JavaScript (Node.js), React, Vue, MongoDB, and Git. Studied alongside the Java program below.

Same setup as the JavaScript program above, which I studied at the same time. Focused on object-oriented programming, Java, the Spring Framework, design patterns, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hibernate).
